How to create dramatic projection for immersive display?

Immersive display previously has been seen as something of a niche solution. It has gone over the mainstream over the past couple of years and is now adopted across many sectors. But, the implementation is still considered very complex and costly. 
 
GeoBox has developed a cost effective hardware solution to help implement immersive display with ease. It has all functions embedded for creating large projection, so high end media servers is not necessary. You can utilise less expensive projectors– projectors that are not tooled with the necessary integrated software solutions– reducing total cost and increasing flexibility.

What’s needed?

  1. A GeoBox M803 3-channel edge blending box
  2. Three projectors*
  3. A PC to play single source content prepared for ceiling and walls. This can be replaced by a media player.

How to implement it?

  1. Prepare single content for ceiling and the walls.
  2. Install projectors. Project one to ceiling and two to two walls.
  3. Use M803 to adjust geometry alignment of the images from 3 projectors and match them precisely with one another.
  4. Use M803 to rotate, crop the right image and assign it to each projector.

Our offerings

GeoBox has a series of non-PC hardware edge blending boxes for the use of combining multiple images from multiple projectors.  The high quality image processing technology (4K2K@60hz or 8K2K@30hz, 4:4:4 color sampling, 10bits processor) is designed for professional AV applications.  No special PC software is required, a truly robust solution. You can blend projection images from unlimited number of projectors and display any type of content—including real time feed. You can adjust image geometry, and crop image from the content and then assign it to projector. You can calibrate color and brightness to eliminate the color difference due to image overlap (edge blending and black level uplift).
