Creating large projection in School Theater for multiple purposes (Netherlands)

Rijnijssel School is a well-known educational institution in the Netherlands. The school is committed to providing high-quality education to its students, and has always been ahead of the curve when it comes to technology. Recently, the school implemented the GeoBox M802 (now M812) and G901 to create a large projection in their school theater.

The Geobox M802 (now M812) and G901

The G901 is used to create three different display settings from two independent input signals. This allows the school to display various types of content, such as videos, presentations, and conference calls. The M802 is used to edge blend two projection images from Epson ultra short throw projectors.

Three Display Settings are made for different purposes

The first display setting is to show two contents in PIP (picture in picture) mode. The sub-picture in the middle can be displayed in the original aspect ratio for PowerPoint presentations, with a nice background. The second display setting is used to show an all-in-one image from one source. This setting is utilized as the background for video shooting. The third display setting is to show two signals displayed side by side. One side can be the presentation file, and the other side can be video conference. This is particularly useful for remote learning scenarios, where the school can host video conferences with students from other parts of the world.

Well integration for easy controls

The G901 outputs the preconfigured display content into M802, which edge blends two projections into one seamless large image. Additionally, the controls for the Geobox M802 and G901 were well integrated into a control system. This allows users to easily switch between the different display settings by simply pushing a button under the table. This makes it easy for teachers and presenters to quickly adjust the display to meet their specific needs, without having to spend a lot of time fiddling with complicated settings or equipment.

Conclusion

In conclusion, Rijnijssel School has once again demonstrated its commitment to technology and innovation by implementing the GeoBox M802 and G901 in their school theater. These products have allowed the school to create a large projection that is both visually stunning and highly functional.
