GeoBox in 3D display Applications
GeoBox offers a range of 3D processing solution that help system integrators to implement 3D technology and enhance the visual experience in Medical, Entertainment, and Education industries.
Use GeoBox For:
Passive 3D system
Passive 3D technology provides a more comfortable and less harmful viewing experience for extended periods of time.
-
Passive 3D requires two projectors to project the image for right-eye and left-eye separately.
-
G812 (FHD processor) and UD102 (UHD processor) can decode 3D signals for both eyes, showing them on two projectors for a more immersive experience. The built-in image warping and edge blending feature allows for accurate stacking and blending of images in larger 3D setups, giving you more projector options.
-
Input source: Any playback device works, like a PC, laptop, or media players. GeoBox lets you convert most 3D formats (frame packed, side-by-side, top-bottom, etc.) to a format your display device supports.
-
There are two main types of passive 3D systems: 1. Polarized system; 2. Band-pass system (Spectrum 3D system)
The Polarized system requires a silver screen, and which is not necessary for the band-pass filter system.
Most 3D devices, especially medical devices, only output either Line interleaved (Line by Line) or dual camera 3D formats. Most of conventional 3D devices don’t support displaying such format. The G900 UHD 3D can convert such formats into side-by-side format, making them compatible with most 3D devices. Additionally, it also convert line-by-line (line interleaved), frame sequential, or dual camera 3D formats into vaiours other format, such as top-bottom and frame sequential for other 3D display devices.
3D format conversion
GeoBox G900 UHD 3D converter can convert such formats into side-by-side format, making them compatible with most 3D devices. Additionally, it can convert line-by-line (line interleaved), frame sequential, or dual camera 3D formats into side-by-side 3D format for conventional 3D display devices.
-
You can use G901 to merge images from two cameras in real-time and display them in a 3D side-by-side format, compatible with most 3D devices.
-
GeoBox supports image processing from input device, including dual camera 3D system or medical endoscope
