MatrixWorks Europe BV and SORTEC EUROPE, a professional AV reseller and integrator in Slovakia, have collaborated at Slovakia Pavilion exhibition in Dubai, UAE during EXPO2020. GeoBox G406 image controller was used alongside Epson laser projectors to project on a large wall of 18 by 4 meters. EXPO2020 was one of the largest exhibitions in the world, launched in September 2021 and taking place until April 2022. The focus of Slovakia Pavilion was to show the latest cutting-edge technical solutions originated from Slovakia.

G406 was adopted as image controller to crop one 5310×1180 resolution signal into three outputs which were distributed to three EPSON EB-L1755U projecting to an 18 by 4 meters wall (see below picture), where a general presentation of the solutions was displayed in slots as background for the actual physical showpieces exposed. The source device was a PC with HDMI output connecting to the central server room where Sortec’s own developed video content management solution, AVEMEO CMS (https://www.avemeo.eu/), was running.
